I believe that Fine Arts are an art form that is predominately connected with the human eyes.
Thus, the first concern and initial obligation of all artists is to work with the beauty
of the visuals. If a work of art aims to illuminate in-depth thoughts or connote to a
vocabulary, obviously of deep conceptions, while neglect the initial obligation, can be
considered as incomplete. All great works of art that are accepted by common sense have fulfilled the initial obligation without an exception. Simultaneously, they have transmitted a perpetual mystery. Due to this reason, we like focusing our attention at them, again and again.

As far as artistic styles are concerned, I believe that they belong at the dust of the world* they add to one another and they eliminate one another. They could be considered as an outer output of something truthful and eternal. Therefore, styles provide the means for things of truth and timelessness to become visible. Nevertheless, one day the dust will be emerged; styles will follow the same fate.

Ilias and I, we are artists with completely different styles and abilities. Through my art, I tend to narrate stories, usually of small size but enormous height, while Ilias works with great sensitivity towards colours and shapes. It is quite magical, the fact that we are attracted deeply by each other from our artworks and our personalities.

Collaborations at the world of Fine Arts occur less often than in the world of music. I suppose this is relevant to the obsession with the styles of the Artists, and possibly due to underlying commercial reasons. The collaboration could potentially develop into an act of suicide of our own styles and artistic expressions. However, our cooperation was utterly successful and surpassed the danger of individual limitation- a personal opinion- as we allowed ourselves to live through one another and along with one another.

In our collaboration we permitted each other to express, play and develop his own characteristics without killing our own, in order for them to create space. Consequentially, we let our artistic worlds become even larger. In addition, our own artistic forms through this process grew into a sieve, that enabled us to see the diachronic beauty that both of us now, search for.

One of the consequences of our collaboration was that we managed to see clearly the existence of each other and our mutual influence. I turned into one of your own means Ilia, and Ilias one of my own. In this case, the means and the artists united to become a single unity.
